I went to Cooper High School in Abilene, TX, sundered forth to Texas A&M University, College Station,  where I received a B.A. in Math and Education, then went on to Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, Ft. Worth where I received a Master's of Divinity.​​

I am member of the Air Force Reserve wherein I serve as a Chaplain.
